Pistachio protein coffee with jello pudding mix and Naked protein powder. This coffee is so good warm or cold and is so easy to make. The nutty pistachio flavor combined with the sweet pudding gives it that extra creamy taste that makes this coffee so delicious.

The other day I was craving a fun coffee drink and remembered having a pistachio latte from Starbucks and suddenly it was all I could think about! I decided to make my own version at home that had protein in it and I came up with a pretty tasty version.

What is in pistachio protein coffee?
I wanted to keep this drink simple but tasty so I only used a few ingredients including pistachio jello pudding mix. I used the coffee I had on hand and a scoop of my Naked whey protein powder.


How to make
- brew your coffee or get a jug from the store
- cool the coffee if you’d like an iced version
- fill your glass about half full of coffee
- in another cup or your frother add the amount of milk of your choice that would fill the rest of your cup
- add 1 Tablespoon of jello pistachio pudding mix to your milk
- add 1 – 2 Tablespoons of your favorite protein powder to your milk (depending on how large of a cup you are going to have. My glass wasn’t very big so I went with 1 Tablespoon.)
- thoroughly mix the powders into your milk with a frother, shaker or blender
- pour milk into your coffee as is or over ice and enjoy!


Once you have all the ingredients on hand this is so easy to make! I love it both warm and cold but the iced version is definitely my favorite. It’s a great drink for any time of year but I always crave it in the fall. Let me know if you try it!

Pistachio Protein Coffee with Jello Pudding Mix
Ingredients
- 1/2 – 1 cup coffee or more depending on how large your coffee cup is
- 1/2 – 1 cup your choice of milk or half & half amount depends on size of your cup
- 1 Tablespoon jello pistachio pudding mix
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons protein powder Use 1 Tablespoon unless you have a larger coffee cup
Instructions
- brew your coffee and let cool if you're making the iced version (or use pre-made store bought coffee)
- pour coffee into your glass filling it halfway
- in another glass pour the same amount of your milk of choice
- add pistachio pudding mix to the milk
- add protein powder to the milk
- mix or froth the milk
- pour milk into the glass with your coffee as is or over ice
