Dairy Free Bone Broth Hot Chocolate
A warm, comforting drink that’s both indulgent and packed with health benefits. Dairy-free bone broth hot chocolate combines the rich, creamy texture of hot chocolate with the gut-healing benefits of bone broth, making this cozy beverage a nutritious twist on the classic winter treat.
- 1/2 cup Bone Broth Chicken or beef
- 1 cup Dairy Free Milk Oat milk will result in the creamiest drink but coconut, almond, hemp or flax works great too
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao or Cocoa powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey Or your preferred natural sweetner
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon For dusting on top
1 Heat the Bone Broth and Milkin a small saucepan, combine the bone broth and dairy-free milk. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
2 Add Cocoa Powder and SweetenerWhisk in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved, followed by the maple syrup or sweetener of choice. Stir until smooth.
3 Add FlavoringsAdd sea salt to balance the flavors and vanilla. Stir and or whisk until blended well.
