Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 16 oz container of sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles

The panic portion

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Creamy Dip Base
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped dill pickles.
  • Step 2: Make the Crispy Fried Pickle Topping
  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the panko breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from heat and mix into your dip. (save a small amount to sprinkle on top)
  • Step 3: Assemble and Serve
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the crispy fried pickle mixture over the top of the dip.
  • Garnish with extra fresh dill and serve with potato chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping!
