Step 1: Make the Creamy Dip Base
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the chopped dill pickles.
Step 2: Make the Crispy Fried Pickle Topping
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the panko breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and mix into your dip. (save a small amount to sprinkle on top)
Step 3: Assemble and Serve
Just before serving, sprinkle the crispy fried pickle mixture over the top of the dip.
Garnish with extra fresh dill and serve with potato chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping!
