- 1 Polish Kielbasa Turkey Sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 bag frozen squash
- 1 bag frozen brussel sprouts
- 1 medium size sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or just shake a small amount over your vegetables)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (same as garlic powder – you can just shake a small amount over your vegetables)
- salt and pepper to taste
Glaze
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup


Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Prepare and Start to Bake the Vegetables:
Spread the the sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and squash evenly on the sheet pan. Spray or drizzle on avocado or olive oil and salt and pepper over the veggie’s and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Make the Dijon Maple Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
4. Add the Remaining Ingredients:
Remove the pan from the oven, stir the vegetables and make sure they are still evenly distributed over the pan. Add your sliced sausage, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of the maple dijon glaze.
5. Roast to Perfection:
Place the sheet pan back in the oven and roast for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables should be tender and lightly browned.
