Throw Together Tangy Fry Sauce

For the Tangy Fry Sauce: you do not need to use exact measurements – it’s the kind of sauce you throw together and taste as you mix it.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp white vinegar (to taste)
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Burger Patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized burger patties. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Wrap each patty in fresh lettuce leaves.

2. Make the Sweet Potato Fries:
Toss the sweet potato strips in avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Place them in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 425°F for 20 minutes or until desired crispyness is reached.

3. Whisk Up the Tangy Fry Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Adjust the vinegar to taste for your preferred level of tanginess.

4. Serve and Enjoy:
Arrange the lettuce-wrapped burgers on a plate and pair them with a generous side of air fryer sweet potato fries. Serve the tangy fry sauce on the side for dipping— and you can also dip your burger in it!
