Ingredients

Dip Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni or mini pepperoni (all your desired toppings)

Biscuit Ingredients

  • 2 8-count cans of flaky biscuits, halved and rolled into balls
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep the Biscuits
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease a 10- or 12-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Separate each flaky biscuit into two and roll the pieces into balls.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this over the biscuits.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesy Pizza Dip Base
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Smooth over the center of the skillet, leaving room around the edges for the biscuits. Arrange the biscuit balls around the mixture against the edge of the skillet.
  • Step 3: Layer the Pizza Ingredients
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with pepperoni (or any favorite pizza toppings).
  • Sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
  • Step 4: Bake and Serve
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
  • Serve hot—just pull off a biscuit and dip away!
